Ordering
There is no minimum order. You can order by phone, fax, mail, email or from our website with our secure on-line order processing system. If you order by phone, fax, mail, or email, please add all specifications required, including quantity, item number, description, price, name, shipping address, telephone number and email address.

Shipping
We currently ship FedEx and USPS (US Postal Service) within the US. Shipping charges may vary from the amount indicated by the automatic shipping calculator since the weight calculated in the website may differ from the actual package weight due to the packaging material. There is a handling fee of $3.00 on all packages.
Shipping in the US
Within the US orders are generally shipped with FedEx Ground or USPS. However, you can also choose FedEx Expedited Services. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes; please provide us your full shipping address. Orders above $500 will require signature confirmation. Packages can be tracked on-line. Insurance can be added at buyer expense. USPS Express Mail indemnity coverage of $100 automatically included. Coverage up to $5,000 available also for Priority Mail, ask us for insurance prices.
International Shipping
International customers are very welcome at Forward Skincare. We ship worldwide.
Currently we offer United States Postal Office as an option for international packages and Bongo ( See link below). There is a handling fee of $3.00 on all packages shipping internationally
Lost Packages
We cannot take responsibility for the shipment (i.e. in case of lost packages we will not refund anything and/or re-shipping will be on the customer’s cost). However we take effort in tracking the package and file a claim and notify the buyer of the outcome.
Shipment frequency
To ensure quality and freshness, we formulate fresh batches of our products once a week and we ship every Wednesday.
Return Policy
Products are returnable in the event of shipping error from our part or if items are damaged or spilled. In that case, we must be contacted within five days of receipt of the order to authorize the return. We will then pay for shipping and reship the new item. All sales are final after five days. If orders are returned to us without authorization and/or after five days of receipt we reserve the right to send it back to the customer without notice or charge a restocking/discarding fee of 25% of the original purchase price.
If packages are damaged upon receipt, you must contact us immediately and also the shipping carrier (FedEx or USPS) immediately in order to make a claim as we cannot take responsibility for damaged packages. We will then file a claim with the carrier.
Missing Items
If items you have ordered are missing in the package we must be contacted within five days of receipt of the order. In addition, please keep the packing slip as we may request a copy of it in order to double-check the packed items with our own list we have on file. Items are typically checked off on the packing slip and the packing slip is signed by the packer.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Forward Skincare are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Money orders (payable to: FORWARD SKINCARE, Los Angeles, CA 90034)
-Personal checks: orders will ship once we receive clearance from the bank.
- Wire transfers (contact us for bank details). An additional wire transfer fee of $15.00 must be added to the final invoice amount
Rejected Credit Card Transactions
When a transaction is declined for Address Verification Service (AVS) or Card Code Verification (CCV), the transaction may still be approved by the card issuing bank. This means that the requested funds have been placed on hold. This is not an actual charge to the credit card and the card issuing bank releases funds back to the card after the authorization expires (usually within a few days depending on the credit card issuing bank). If requested, a hold can potentially be voided by contacting the customer’s credit card issuing bank. To avoid funds to be put on hold, do not re-try to process a credit card transaction that has been rejected on a first try.
Prices
Prices do not include sales tax, shipping & handling charges.
They are subject to change as prices of the active ingredients may increase in the cosmeceuticals international market.
Sales Tax
For residents of the State of California a sales tax of 10.5% is applicable (subject to change) unless client is a business and we have a valid CA State Resale Certificate on file. You can access the Resale Certificate on-line “here” **** Alex there will be a link ****. If CA residents are not charged taxes for any reason, we reserve the right to charge taxes even after a purchase has made.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL
International customers are very welcome at Forward Skincare. We ship worldwide.
Currently we offer 3 different shipping options for international packages including FedEx, USPS (US Postal Service) and Bongo. There is a handling fee of $3.00 on all packages.
Please note that shipping charges may vary from the amount indicated by the automatic shipping calculator since the weight calculated in the website may differ from the actual package weight due to the packaging material.
Customs fees, VAT (value added tax) and sales tax are typically charged by the government of your country and must be paid by the customer once the package arrives. We cannot determine what these fees will be. We recommend that you check with your local customs office or post office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. For customs clearance a customs broker is usually needed who may charge you a brokerage fee. Packages may be held up in customs for a few days and will delay delivery.
USPS
We ship with USPS Express and Priority Mail. The Express service is a reliable high-speed mail service available to about 190 countries. Packages can be tracked on-line. USPS Express Mail indemnity coverage of $100 automatically included. Coverage up to $5,000 available ask us for insurance prices.
Orders shipped with USPS Priority can also be tracked on-line. There is an indemnity coverage of $100 that is included. Delivery time for USPS Express Packages Internationally is usually between 3-5 business days, for USPS Priority Mail Internationally it is between 6-10 business days.
FedEx
As a general rule, we do not ship with FedEx International however, we can make exceptions upon the customer’s special request and on the customer’s own FedEx account. If you like to have your order shipped with FedEx notify us by providing us your FedEx account number either in the “shipping instructions” field on the checkout page or by sending us an email.
Bongo
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our customers Worldwide! – Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system which you can use to view your items and consolidate them with multiple orders.
